Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are bespoke restorations fabricated in a dental laboratory, designed to restore the colour and/or shape of teeth following significant loss of tooth structure. They are cemented over the tooth or over a core build-up.
Over time, materials have evolved. Originally metal-based, crowns may be porcelain-fused-to-metal or entirely ceramic thanks to the performance of the latest generations of ceramics. The current trend is to eliminate metal from our treatments. Where necessary (for example, the replacement of an existing crown), we favour Gold and/or precious metal alloys (such as palladium-enhanced gold), yet we are now able to produce 100% ceramic (metal-free) crowns.
The craftsmanship of the master ceramists we work with ensures aesthetic, long-lasting results. We systematically use the safest and most appropriate biomaterials. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

Direct Composite Veneers

Composite restorations are used to replace minor to moderate losses of dental tissue. They are commonly employed to repair a fractured tooth, for example following trauma.
Composite resins are hand-sculpted by Dr Marin Pomperski. Multiple layers of varying shades and translucency are applied successively to replicate as closely as possible the optical behaviour of natural teeth. Internal stains may also be used to enhance realism. These restorations restore both the function and aesthetics of the teeth.
We are committed to using only the safest materials (for instance, free of Bisphenol A (BPA)) offering optimal aesthetic and mechanical performance. Composite restorations are suitable for small to medium-sized defects. As they age more quickly than ceramic, they require good hygiene and maintenance. When necessary, they can be easily replaced after a few years or substituted with ceramic veneers, for example.

Endodontic Treatments (Root Canal Therapy)
Endodontic treatment, also known as root canal therapy, consists of cleaning, disinfecting, and sealing the tooth’s infected canals. It may be carried out as a first-line procedure, or repeated when an initial treatment becomes re-infected, for example due to the occurrence of a new cavity several years later — in which case it is referred to as retreatment.
Access may be conventional (through the tooth) or surgical (via the side of the root, beneath the gum) under local anaesthesia. With the advancement of knowledge and the development of high-technology instruments (such as operating microscopes), the practice of endodontics has become highly specialised in recent years. Dr Marin Pomperski has chosen not to perform endodontics himself. Instead, we work in close collaboration with distinguished practitioners who practise endodontics exclusively.
Inlays / Onlays / Overlays

Inlays, onlays, and overlays are bespoke restorations fabricated in a dental laboratory, designed to replace a loss of dental tissue ranging from moderate to extensive. These restorations are partial fragments of the tooth and are named according to the part(s) being replaced.
An inlay is an insertion within part of the tooth. An onlay is an insertion covering part of the tooth. An overlay is an insertion that covers the entire chewing surface of the tooth. These restorations may be made of composite or ceramic and are bonded under an isolated operative field. We systematically use the safest and most appropriate biomaterials. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

Removable Prosthesis
A removable prosthesis is used to replace one or several missing teeth. This treatment may be temporary (for example, prior to implant placement) or long-term (a durable solution). Numerous combinations and techniques are available to ensure both comfort and discretion, with each medical device being tailor-made.
Following a thorough aesthetic and functional analysis, Dr Marin Pomperski records the patient’s anatomy and muscle dynamics to design comfortable prostheses. Where necessary, and depending on the extent of the prosthesis, an aesthetic and functional prototype allows the result to be previewed in advance.
The expertise of the master technicians with whom we collaborate guarantees unique, personalised aesthetic outcomes. We systematically use the safest and most appropriate biomaterials. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

Protective Mouthguards
There are many types of mouthguards, each serving one or several different functions. These custom-made medical devices protect the teeth of athletes (contact sports such as rugby, boxing, etc.) or patients who grind their teeth (bruxism). They also improve breathing, helping to optimise athletic performance and combat sleep apnoea. Other types of mouthguards are designed to correct tooth position: these are known as orthodontic aligners.
All our mouthguards are tailor-made in France by our artisan Master Dental Technicians, and our aligners are also individually designed and fabricated using the Invisalign® system.
Comprehensive Care
Whatever the concern that brings you to our practice, you will receive comprehensive care for your oral health. All of our treatments include a preventive element, providing guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene.
Each patient undergoes a full examination of the mucosa, teeth, and gums to ensure they receive the most appropriate advice and recommendations for maintaining long-term health. A chronological treatment plan is then established and presented, with the patient actively involved in their own care.
Many conditions may either originate from the teeth or have oral consequences. When necessary, Dr Marin Pomperski works closely with specialists including orthodontists, physicians, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, and others.
