Ceramic Veneers
Ceramic veneers are bespoke restorations fabricated in a dental laboratory, allowing the colour and/or shape of the teeth to be modified at will, or to replace lost dental substance. Thanks to the performance of the latest generations of ceramics and the expertise of the master ceramists with whom we collaborate, veneers have become a treatment of choice.
Following a thorough aesthetic and functional analysis, Dr Marin Pomperski proposes an aesthetic prototype that the patient may wear. This enables gradual familiarisation and allows for adjustments.
Treatment begins only once the project has been validated by the patient. Ceramic veneers are hand-crafted by the ceramist. The systematic use of the safest and most appropriate biomaterials makes it possible to work with extreme precision in the finest thicknesses, thereby preserving the tooth enamel. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

External Tooth Whitening – Bleaching
It is now possible to whiten natural teeth safely and effectively, provided that protocols validated by scientific literature are strictly followed.
Tooth whitening procedures have contraindications (such as cavities, tooth fractures, amalgam-related discolouration, certain medical conditions, etc.) and potential risks (pulp sensitivity, alteration of dental tissues, gum irritation, lack of efficacy, etc.). This is why professional supervision by your dental surgeon is essential. Safety and effectiveness are ensured through careful assessment, accurate diagnosis, elimination of contraindications, and the selection of the most appropriate active ingredient for the type of discolouration.
Dr Marin Pomperski employs a variety of methods and active agents; however, studies over the past 25 years demonstrate that the take-home technique — namely custom-made trays, most often worn overnight — combined with Carbamide Peroxide (more stable than Hydrogen Peroxide) at concentrations and durations tailored to each case, consistently delivers the best results.

Internal Tooth Whitening
Internal tooth whitening may be required to improve the brightness of teeth that have previously undergone a root canal (endodontic treatment). Over time, a “devitalised” tooth absorbs various pigments and may change colour (black, grey, brown, or even greenish).
Internal whitening involves placing a whitening agent inside the tooth, allowing the product to diffuse through the dentine. Results can be difficult to predict, but the technique is painless and preserves the natural tooth. In certain cases, it may not be possible to achieve perfect colour harmonisation through whitening alone; in such situations, the shade of the tooth may be corrected with a ceramic veneer, for example.

Erosion and Infiltration (iCon® DMG) of White and Brown Enamel Lesions
White or brown enamel spots may arise from various causes: trauma, fluorosis, MIH (Molar–Incisor Hypomineralisation), or post-orthodontic treatment (demineralisation around brackets). They affect only the most superficial layers of the tooth. At a microscopic level, enamel prisms trap air, which makes these areas transmit light differently from the rest of the tooth.
It is now possible to infiltrate these enamel porosities using the exclusive iCon® system by DMG. Dr Marin Pomperski has been performing these treatments since their introduction, and the protocol is now well established. Today, this is the most conservative technique, suitable for both adults and young patients, including adolescents who sometimes hide their smile or even limit their social interactions. In certain cases, the technique may be combined with tooth whitening and/or direct composite veneering when there is a loss of substance.

Direct Composite Veneers

Composite restorations can replace minor to moderate losses of dental tissue. They are used, for example, to repair a tooth fractured after trauma.
Composite resins are hand-sculpted by Dr Marin Pomperski. Several layers of different shades and translucencies are applied successively to best reproduce the optical behaviour of natural teeth. Internal stains may also be added to increase realism. These restorations restore both the aesthetics and function of the teeth.
We ensure the use of only the safest materials (such as resins free of Bisphenol A (BPA)) with optimal aesthetic and mechanical performance. Composite restorations are indicated for small to medium-sized defects. As they age more quickly than ceramics, they require good hygiene and proper maintenance. If necessary, they can be easily redone after a few years or replaced with ceramic veneers, for example.

Removable Prosthesis
A removable prosthesis is used to replace one or several missing teeth. This treatment may be temporary (for example, prior to implant placement) or long-term (a durable solution). Numerous combinations and techniques are available to ensure comfort and discretion, with each medical device being custom-made.
Following a thorough aesthetic and functional analysis, Dr Marin Pomperski records the patient’s anatomy and muscle dynamics to design comfortable prostheses. Where necessary, and depending on the extent of the prosthesis, an aesthetic and functional prototype enables the result to be previewed beforehand.
The expertise of the master technicians with whom we collaborate guarantees unique, personalised aesthetic outcomes. We systematically use the safest and most appropriate biomaterials. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

Invisible Adult Orthodontics

Orthodontics makes it possible to adjust the position of the teeth in order to achieve balance and harmony.
Dr Marin Pomperski carries out an individualised aesthetic and functional analysis for each patient, enabling the creation of bespoke, personalised solutions for a natural result. A radiological assessment, photographic records, and study impressions allow for precise planning of the different treatment options.
There are various tools available to move teeth. At the practice, we use the world’s most advanced clear aligner system: Invisalign®. The aligners are custom-made following the analysis phase and are transparent, smooth, and comfortable. In certain cases, the use of multi-bracket systems through vestibular or lingual invisible orthodontics may be required. In such situations, Dr Marin Pomperski works in close collaboration with specialist Orthodontists.

Comprehensive Aesthetic and Functional Rehabilitations

While the practice provides routine care (oral examinations, scaling, conservative treatments, etc.), over time Dr Marin Pomperski’s work has become increasingly focused on complete aesthetic rehabilitations. To restore a smile, refine or enhance facial harmony, a comprehensive approach is often required.
During the first consultation, attentive listening and a clear understanding of the patient’s expectations are essential. The aim is never to propose a “standardised” smile.
A preview of the final result is both possible and often necessary. Each patient benefits from a detailed aesthetic and functional analysis, allowing for bespoke, personalised solutions and a natural outcome. Radiological and photographic assessments ensure precise planning of the different options. The presence of an in-house dental laboratory and technician allows for full control and seamless execution of the entire treatment process. We systematically use the safest and most appropriate biomaterials. All our work is produced in France by renowned artisan Master Dental Technicians.

Comprehensive Care
Whatever the concern that brings you to our practice, you will benefit from comprehensive care for your oral health. All of our treatments include a preventive element, with guidance to maintain good oral hygiene.
Each patient undergoes a complete examination of the mucosa, teeth, and gums to ensure they receive the most appropriate advice and recommendations for maintaining long-term health. A chronological treatment plan is then developed and presented, with the patient actively involved in their own care.
Many conditions may originate in the teeth or have oral consequences. When necessary, Dr Marin Pomperski works closely with specialists including orthodontists, physicians, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, and others.
